Meet Mike

A Businessman.
A Believer.
A Fighter for Oklahoma Values.

Mike Lay was born and raised in Tulsa, where he learned the values of faith, grit, and community. He has grown his company, Layco Inc., from 3 employees to over 120—creating good-paying jobs right here in Oklahoma.

Now, as your State Representative, Mike brings that same no-nonsense approach to government. He’s focused on results, not rhetoric—and it shows.

Mike and his wife Debby have been married for 49 years. They have three children—including a Tulsa firefighter—and seven grandchildren. Every decision Mike makes at the Capitol is guided by his faith, his family, and his commitment to serve.

Why I’m Running

I didn’t run for office to climb a political ladder — I ran to serve the state that’s given me so much. I’m fighting for my grandkids, your kids, and the future of Oklahoma. The values that built this state — faith, freedom, and family — are being challenged, and I’m not backing down.
